Just in case anyone else has been encountering the same difficulties as us in downloading for turboupload, i thought we should share the friuts of Inquisitor's help
the download was always aborting aith a message that the server had an internal error
we had tried both AOL and IE with the same result
in fact it works perfectly well with Firefox
