You have to use special program like Total Commander, FTP Voyager or another one.

We've seen this before people, remember when Kizzie wanted to know why she could not get anything. they say its a ratio thing ( give the FTP server 1 file , inorder to get 2 files off it )

It's all lies.

I uploaded 20 files in one go, and still had a denial to get anything off it. it's a great scam, people connect and upload to it, the owner rakes in all the content and we dont get anything ( as promised ) back.

leave it alone.

Rubbish... U dont need applications to download with ftp... u type ftp at the command line and go from there (& make sure u are in binary mode)

Mail to "Banned Word"....answer:..'yes, some ip-adresses are locked'...

Maybe foreign(not Russian) IP addresses are banned. But why is allthing in english. I downloaded some pics from upload folder without uploading. I have more two FTP adrresses but i cant post them here because registred user of them And owner will ban my ip if i share it. I get login pass and address at one russian forum. But all foreigns cant register there.

with new information ( ip country coding ) have tried 26 country proxys and ALL returned with the same ban.

It's all just input to the owner, and nothing in return.
