Found some info about this picture.
Hustler Platinum Pictures of Luna being fucked by Julian in some western motif (13 pictures). I have been unable to confirm the edition of Hustler in which this set appears. Contains the only known picture of Luna peeing.

According to iafd, she pees in Private Performance 150: Liquid Gold 11.
But I haven't been able to track it down.
