I downloaded my favorite movie and it's on my HD now
There is only one problem: I can't play the movie. The file is protected. According to the site, you will receive your license on the first time you want to watch the movie. I tried several times, but without any success. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance.
This happened to me I use jet audio but I am sure it would work with windows media player when I went to play the video it asked if I wanted to allow the program to connect to acquire the license I said yes waited a while and it was fine. Also make sure your fire wall is not stopping the connection
Hope that helps
you can watch by windows media player but you cannot select where to go
you have to play the whole movie since the beginning
anyone using different program to avoid this problem?
the best program for movies must be VLC mediaplayer, i've not found any type of file it can't run. Even unfinished files can be played in VLC, and it'sfree and is to find on any download site like download.com
I can't seem to get it to work. I've tried VLC, but it just displays a mess of colors. I've also tried WMP. I've updated to WMP 11, manually searched for the security upgrade, installed it, and now it wants the media usage rights from AEBN. When it tried to obtain them, it comes up with the "page cannot be displayed." Any way around this?
