Another super post again, thanks. Only one I have a question about is the French Forum. All I get is their start page and no clue which one you are referring to.

The issue is they used accents in their blog name and the site server converted that name to their url). French language uses accents, but Internet and its different coding languages are based on English (a language without accents and letters from A to Z only). Instead of writing
"Dédé" (short for André), they should have use "Dede", but...
