I've noticed the slowness for quite some time now. Didn't know if it was my computer or not. Its a shame, cause I dont visit it anymore for that reason!

I think the owners transfered the site to their own computer, and as such only a limited amount of connections can be made to it (restricted by ISP) the webspace they were on is not the same as it is now, and I can only imagine this is the reason for the slow speeds.
