go to http://www.imagevenue.com/ and simply upload any jpg below 1.5 mb. do a test upload. after doing it you will get a window with the various types of links you can use for the pic. for example the type fatso used to create a thumb leading to the pic:

example for clickable thumbnail:

the clickable thumb link thumb is generated from this code:

then simply put the generated code/codes into a message window and fire away.
