The above information is one of many japan proxies that are available. Enter this into your browsers Proxy server setup, restart your browser. all your surfing will then be channeled though a server in japan, so expect it to be slower then what you are used to. goto the site wogga has posted, download what you need, then go back into the proxy setup and remove the proxy information. Restart your browser again.
There are programs that you can get that do all the configurations for you, tere was a good one that I used to use called "proxomitron" but the program has since been blocked on many ISP's and is now usless.
